The 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe delivers full-size SUV capability with fuel efficiency the competition can't match. Tahoe has a 320-hp Vortec 5.3L V8 engine with Active Fuel Management that is E85 FlexFuel capable¹. At an EPA estimated 21 MPG highway when running on gasoline, no competitor offers better fuel efficiency. That includes Ford Expedition, Toyota Sequoia and Nissan Armada². Tahoe Hybrid³ SUV has a 332-hp Vortec 6.0L V8 with Active Fuel Management and offers an EPA estimated 21 MPG city and 22 highway. That's better city fuel efficiency than a 6-cylinder Toyota Camry or Honda Accord⁴. Tahoe and Tahoe Hybrid SUVs both are available in two-wheel drive (2WD) and four-wheel drive (4WD). Tahoe can be equipped with the Heavy-Duty Trailering Package to tow up to 8,400 lbs.⁵ Tahoe LT can also be equipped with the Z71 Off-Road Suspension Package to give you the ability to handle daily challenges or leave paved roads behind. 2010 Chevy Tahoe and Tahoe Hybrid are roomy, too, with 108.9 cubic feet of maximum cargo room⁶. Tahoe and Tahoe Hybrid are as much about comfort as they are capability. Tahoe LS seats up to nine adults comfortably and other models have available seating for up to eight. For your entertainment, every Tahoe comes with a new USB port⁷ and XM Radio⁸ with three trial months. A rear-seat DVD entertainment system is also available on every Tahoe. For your convenience, hands-free calling goes along for the ride with Bluetooth® wireless technology⁹ for select phones – standard on LT, LTZ and Hybrid and available on LS. Tahoe LT, LTZ and Hybrid all have the OnStar¹⁰ Directions & Connections Plan standard for the first year, which includes Turn-by-Turn Navigation¹¹. It's also available on LS, which comes with the OnStar Safe & Sound Plan standard for the first year. A touch-screen navigation radio¹² is standard on LTZ and Hybrid and available on LS and LT. XM NavTraffic¹³ with three trial months is standard on LTZ and available on LS and LT. Tahoe Hybrid comes standard with a three-year subscription to XM NavTraffic. For your safety, Tahoe has earned a five-star government rating for frontal crash test safety¹⁴. It features head-curtain side-impact air bags for in all three rows; plus driver and right-front passenger, seat-mounted side-impact air bags for thorax and pelvic protection¹⁵. Tahoe Hybrid earned a five-star government rating in both frontal and side-impact crash tests¹⁶. It has driver and right-front passenger air bags plus head-curtain side-impact air bags for all three rows. Tahoe and Tahoe Hybrid both have the safety and security of OnStar – including Automatic Crash Response¹⁷ – standard for the first year. For your peace of mind, Tahoe and Tahoe Hybrid both come with the best coverage in America: a 100,000 mile/5-year¹⁸ transferable Powertrain Limited Warranty plus Roadside Assistance and Courtesy Transportation Programs. Plus, certain hybrid components on Chevy Tahoe Hybrid are covered for 100,000 miles/8 years¹⁸.
